The former chief communications officer for the City of Minneapolis is facing a felony charge for allegedly stealing a coworker’s debit card and using it to rack up a big bill at a local smoke shop.
Prosecutors in Hennepin County charged Adam Kater Fetcher, 42, of Minneapolis, on Wednesday with one count of financial transaction fraud. He was charged via summons and is not currently in custody.
