Four Eden Prairie teenagers arrived outside the city’s new Dave’s Hot Chicken around 3 a.m. Friday to be first in line. When the restaurant opened at 10:30 a.m., they were its first customers.
David Bharucha, Alex Boudreau, Keenan Liu and Gavin Flam spent the early morning outside. As opening time approached, they were allowed into the foyer while rain fell outside.
