Minnesota housing leaders said the industry is grieving and urgently seeking changes after a mass shooting at Shoreline Plaza in Minneapolis left two residents dead and critically injured two property employees, including the property manager.
The incident follows the July killings of three apartment workers inside a St. Paul leasing office and the 2024 killing of property manager Deana Doely in Brooklyn Center.
