Two people face felony charges after Eden Prairie police allege a group of motorcyclists traveled at speeds exceeding 100 mph on Highway 212.
Chloe Grace Serbesku, 21, of Bloomington, and Adrian Alexander Tapia Angueta, 18, of Shakopee, are each charged in Hennepin County District Court with felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. The charges stem from a Sept. 4 incident near Highway 212 and Valley View Road.
