The driver of a semi-trailer truck that crashed on northbound Highway 169 in New Hope suffered a medical emergency, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
The crash happened shortly after 7 a.m. on 169 at Medicine Lake Road near the New Hope water tower.
Lt. Jen Krier with the Minnesota State Patrol said the Freightliner semi was traveling northbound on 169 when it drifted off the road crashing into the concrete barrier in the center median.
