Tara D. Sutton, a partner at Robins Kaplan LLP and chair of the firm’s National Mass Tort Group, died on September 20, 2026, following a brief illness.
She spent her entire legal career at the Minneapolis-based firm, building a reputation over more than 30 years as one of the country’s leading plaintiffs’ trial attorneys.
