Police say a woman was kidnapped at gunpoint outside a Roseville business by a masked man on Wednesday, and then held captive for several hours.
The frightening incident unfolded around 5 p.m. near the intersection of County Road C and East Snelling Service Drive, where the victim “was approached by an unknown, masked male armed with a firearm.”
