The University of Minnesota on Thursday revealed an intention to make $225 million in across-the-board cuts to its budget over the next two years.
The plan was confirmed by President Rebecca Cunningham, who says the cuts will be implemented across all departments and all campuses, comprising 12-15% of the university’s operating revenue.
