Eden Prairie resident Beth Plamondon retired from a career in information technology May 1. By then, her son, Kyle Wagner, had been in federal custody for nearly three months, and her days were already spoken for: calls from jail, messages to lawyers, commissary expenses and updates to family and friends.
“I am the hub for my son,” Plamondon said during an August interview in Eden Prairie. “I talk to him every day.”
