A 17-year-old who depends on daily medication has been missing since Monday afternoon, last seen near a cluster of Minneapolis hospitals after running away from emergency care following a seizure. Noah Cody was last spotted around 3 p.m. in the 2000 block of Chicago Avenue, and police in the small Mille Lacs County city of Onamia are now asking Twin Cities residents to help track him down.
Cody is from Onamia, a small Mille Lacs County city roughly 85 driving miles north of Minneapolis along Highway 169, according to Rome2Rio.

Police describe Cody as 6 feet tall and around 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black hoodie featuring a drawing of Jesus, black jeans, a light blue bonnet, and black high-top sneakers with paint splashes on them.
Cody requires daily medication and has a documented seizure history, making his disappearance especially concerning.
