MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — A man will spend more than seven years in federal prison for orchestrating an armed robbery of a marijuana package from a delivery driver in Maplewood.
Eric Maurice Holliday was sentenced to 87 months in prison on one count of aiding and abetting interference with commerce by robbery, according to U.S. Attorney Daniel N. Rosen. Holliday pleaded guilty in June and was sentenced before U.S. District Judge Patrick J. Schiltz.
Court documents show Holliday learned in early April 2024 that a package containing about 10 pounds of marijuana would be delivered to a Maplewood home. He had access to the package’s tracking number and knew exactly when it would arrive…
