A Minneapolis florist is leaving pop-up bouquets on New York City sidewalks in what he calls floral graffiti, Hoodline reported.
David Kisan, a third-generation florist, founded Sip N Bloom, a floral design event company. He builds the sidewalk bouquets from flowers left over from design sessions and places them in spots that include Hell’s Kitchen and Little Italy.
