Former Wayzata High School golfers are remembering a longtime coach and teacher who was found dead in Wisconsin last month.
Allan Christopherson was found stabbed to death at his cabin in Washburn County on September 26th. His 25-year-old son, Colton Christopherson, was arrested. According to the criminal complaint, Colton told investigators, “I killed him.”
Allan began working at Wayzata Public Schools in 1998 and, according to his obituary, spent the majority of his career at the high school. Allan coached the school’s golf program to multiple state championships. He also helped students win individual titles and Division 1 scholarship opportunities…
