Twin Cities family mourning death of 19-year-old in Wyoming hunting accident

A 19-year-old man from Minnesota was killed in a hunting accident in Wyoming this past weekend.

The Goshen County Sheriff’s Office says that Maurizio Dadin was shot while hunting along the North Platte River around 2:30 p.m. Saturday, and died from his injuries at the scene.

A GoFundMe page has been launched by his brother Nahuel, of South St. Paul , who says that Maurizio – a graduate of South St. Paul Secondary – was going to college in Wyoming, and the rest of his family lives in Minnesota.

He’s raising money to pay for his brother’s cremation as well as the cost of travel to Wyoming to collect his brother and his belongings.

“I just want to go with my family to give my brother the respect he deserves we want to pick up my brother and bring him home were he belongs,” Nahuel Dadin writes.
