Neither broad daylight nor below-freezing temps deterred a St. Paul man from committing a string of car break-ins in Chanhassen earlier this month. On Thursday, Jan. 4, Carver County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched around 4 p.m. in response to multiple reports of shattered car windows and stolen property, according to a sheriff’s office press release.
