EXCELSIOR, Minn. (KTTC) – A nonprofit organization got a big boost to continue its mission to help families need. On Saturday, January 30, United Healthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) hosted its 8th annual Frost Fat Tire Festival, a bicycle event aimed to help raise money for the foundation, which provides medical grants children’s families in both Minnesota and the rest of the country.
