Hennepin County Attorney’s Office wants aggravated sentencing for trooper

(Minneapolis, MN)–The Hennepin County Attorney’s office wants Minnesota State Trooper Ryan Londregan to have an aggravated sentence if convicted for shooting and killing Ricky Cobb II during a traffic stop last year in July. Londregan appeared in court for the first time earlier this week. He is facing second-degree unintentional murder, second-degree manslaughter, and first-degree assault for the incident.
