Page views for Minneapolis rental properties on the website jumped 159% compared to last January, as the number of Minneapolis apartments available on RentCafe dropped 26%, the report shares.
“Plus, the remarkable 127% increase in saved searches suggests a growing demand for rental properties in Minneapolis from renters charmed by the city’s high quality of life,” RentCafe adds .

According to RentCafe, both Twin Cities locals and residents in other states are driving the surge in online engagement for Minneapolis apartments.
St. Paul residents are searching for places to rent in Minneapolis, as are renters in Chicago and Dallas, according to the report.
