In a move that aims to shake up healthcare and education in Minnesota, a landmark partnership is setting the stage for transformation. Fairview Health Services and the University of Minnesota, along with the University of Minnesota Physicians, have inked a Letter of Intent that set the wheels turning for the university’s intended acquisition of four significant healthcare facilities. These facilities include the two campuses of the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center, the M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital, and the M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center.
