ST PAUL, Minn – More than 5,000 volunteers will be celebrated Wednesday as a “thank you” for their service to the Saint Paul parks system. Saint Paul Parks Conservancy Board Member Kristin Rogers and Andrea de Pitera, Ramsey Hill Association Board member for Parks and Gardens and this year’s volunteer honoree, stopped by KARE 11 News at Noon to talk about the fourth annual gathering.
