State Patrol investigating Savage hit-and-run that injured pedestrian

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian that happened late Thursday night in Savage.

The pedestrian was struck around 8 p.m. on Highway 13 near South Park Drive. Their condition is unknown as of 9 a.m. Friday.

According to the State Patrol, the driver involved in the crash did not stay at the scene.

The intersection where the collision happened is a busy one, close to a large Target store and a number of restaurants.
