Early Monday morning, a Brooklyn Park police officer, rushing to provide backup in an altercation, collided with another vehicle on the 7500 block of Regent Ave N. The incident, reported by Brooklyn Park Police Department’s Facebook page, occurred at 1:42 a.m. on September 19th. All individuals involved were quickly transported to a local hospital for assessment and care following the crash which left both vehicles significantly damaged.
