Quick-service restaurant My Burger is coming soon Eagan.
The “Minne-chain”, founded in 2004, currently has nine locations in the Twin Cities.
“Eagan, you’re getting a new family-owned burger spot, and we couldn’t be more excited,” an announcement on My Burger’s Instagram reads.
The Eagan location is under construction in the development at 845 Vikings Parkway, which also includes Caribou Coffee, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Saffron Indian Grill and others.
An opening date hasn’t yet been announced.
