We’re reaching that point of the food truck season where many trucks are closing up shop for the year, meaning there are fewer opportunities to snag a meal from your favorite truck.
Nonetheless, there are still a ton of food trucks and other mobile kitchens out and about. Here’s where 128 of Minnesota’s best food trucks will be throughout this week.
