MINNEAPOLIS – A 7-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital Saturday night after being struck by a vehicle while skateboarding near Cleveland Park in Minneapolis. According to information from police, officers were called to the area around North 33rd Avenue and North Russell Avenue just before 8 p.m. Saturday. When they arrived, police said they found a 7-year-old boy with life-threatening injuries. Crews on scene provided aid until EMS arrived to take the boy to Hennepin Healthcare.
