ST. PAUL, MN – A night that began as a casual gathering turned deadly when an Iowa man was shot and killed in what police are calling a “targeted execution” in a St. Paul, Minnesota parking lot. Now, a 22-year-old Minneapolis man is facing murder charges for his role in the killing.
