Estherville, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) – Two area Sheriff’s Departments have released information about seperate drug arrests. Palo Alto County Sheriff John King says two Emmetsburg residents were charged after his department went to 2805 Schroeder Drive Apartment 9 last Tuesday to deliver civil papers and spotted controlled substances. 33 year old La’ Niece Green and 34 year old Daniel Hart were both charged with possession of Marijuana with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
