MINNEAPOLIS – A 13-year-old boy is dead after what appears to be an accidental shooting early Tuesday in Minneapolis. Police said squads were sent to a home on the 2400 block of Ferrant Place around 1:30 a.m. on reports of a shooting. Officers located a 13-year-old inside the residence who had been shot. Despite lifesaving efforts the boy was declared dead on the scene.
