FRIDLEY, Minn. – It’s been 35 years since 8-month-old Michael Freeman died one day after having seizures while in the care of his babysitter in Fridley. Officials say Michael was transported to a hospital on Nov. 5, 1989, and then died the following day. An autopsy showed that he had a skull fracture, a large subdural hemmorrhage and a cerebral edema, leading authorities to rule his death a homicide.
