A hit-and-run in Minneapolis Wednesday evening saw a 10-year-old girl struck as she ran across a road.
Minneapolis police officers arrived at the intersection of Lowry Avenue North and Sheridan Avenue North around 5 p.m. after the girl was struck by an SUV driver.
Early investigation shows that the 10-year-old girl was running across the road when she was struck by a grey SUV that did not stop.
The injured girl was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center with apparent non-life-threatening injuries.
There have been no arrests at this time.
