Residents of Minneapolis who depend on municipal information and services will need to mark their calendars for a brief change this month. The Minneapolis 311 and the Minneapolis Service Centers downtown and in the East Lake Community Safety Center will be taking a pause in operations on Thursday, Nov. 21. According to a notice posted by the city, the closure is for a single day to allow the team to concentrate on strategies aimed at enhancing service and better supporting the community of residents.
