The Twin Cities are shrouded in a blanket of dense fog this Sunday morning, with visibility severely reduced to a quarter mile or less in some areas. The National Weather Service in Twin Cities/Chanhassen, MN, has issued a Dense Fog Advisory that remains in effect until 11 AM CST. Motorists in central, east-central, south-central, and southeast Minnesota are advised to exercise caution. As per the National Weather Service, drivers should “slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.”
