Minneapolis police are asking for help in searching for two children who have been missing since getting off their school bus on Thursday afternoon.
Siblings Alonzo Lee Morse, 12, and Deneja Leanna Morse, 13, have not been seen since exiting the bus at West 32nd Street and Emerson Avenue South on Thursday afternoon. Both children attend Anderson School in Minneapolis.
Alonzo and Deneja are both 5’7” tall, weigh 120 lbs., have brown eyes, and black hair. Deneja has black weave hair. Alonzo was wearing a green and black vest, black hoodie, black pants, and white Air Force 1 shoes, while Deneja was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.
Alonzo and Deneja live with their father on the 3300 block of Girard Avenue South and have family that lives on the 700 block of Penn Avenue North. Their grandmother is also staying at the Hilton Garden Inn near downtown Minneapolis.
Anyone who sees Alonzo or Deneja should call 911.
