A person was arrested on Friday evening after allegedly assaulting two men at a Brooklyn Park golf course, striking one with a shovel.
Brooklyn Park PD say officers were called to Edinburgh Golf Course at 8700 Edinbrook Crossing North at 8:14 p.m. after a report of assault and property damage at the course.
According to police, the suspect punched two men and struck one of them with a snow shovel. Police have not shared why the suspect began to attack the victims.
The suspect then used the snow shovel to damage the car of an Uber driver, who arrived to pick up one of the victims.
The victims kept the suspect at the scene until officers arrived and arrested him.
According to police, the victims received minor injuries from the assault.
