ST PAUL, Minn. – Two people were shot outside a gas station in St. Paul’s Payne – Phalen neighborhood Sunday morning. St. Paul Police say the shooting occurred just after 7 a.m. outside an ARCO gas station on Larpenteur Avenue East near 35W. Authorities say one man was found with a gunshot wound to his back, and another person was found inside a vehicle about a block away with a gunshot wound. Preliminary information indicates that the two people were shot during the same incident.
