ST PAUL, Minn. – A gas station employee is charged with assault after he allegedly shot two men during a fight outside the store Sunday morning in St. Paul. Antonio Ellis, 22, is charged with two counts of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon after surveillance video captured him shooting at two men outside the ARCO gas station near Larpenteur Avenue East and Interstate 35E, according to court documents.
