Dulono’s Sports Bar evicted from Downtown Minneapolis location

Dulono’s Sports Bar has been evicted from its hub in downtown Minneapolis, reports the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .

The building’s owner, Marquee Properties, filed eviction proceedings against 4 VG Inc. in late July, which operated Dulono’s. The landlord alleged that 4 VG had not kept up on its rent and utilities.

A settlement was reached after the initial filing, but court documents say that the pizza shop didn’t pay off the more than $70,000 it owed, and it has now been ordered to vacate the property, the Business Journal reports.

Marquee Properties and 4 VG did not respond to a request for comment.

Dulono’s first opened in 1957, opening its longtime home on Lake St. in 1964. The Uptown location closed in 2017.
