FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. – Starting this weekend, winter lovers will be heading to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds to explore a frozen wonderland. After dealing with a temperature roller coaster to start winter, Ice Castles Minnesota will open up the gates on Friday at 6 p.m. Guests can explore ice slides, towers, tunnels and caves decorated by elaborate ice sculptures.
