In addition to the New Year’s Day Millionaire Raffle winners , Minnesota produced a third $1 million lottery ticket holder in the latest Mega Millions drawing.
The Minnesota Lottery says the $1 million ticket was sold at the Cub Foods Blaine South store at 585 Northtown Drive, which earns a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
The winning Mega Millions numbers for the Dec. 31 draw were 13-22-27-29-35 and the Mega Ball was 1.
The winner has a year to claim their prize, which must be done in person at the Minnesota Lottery HQ in Roseville.
The next Mega Millions draw will be held on Friday, with an estimated jackpot of $42 million.
