A dentist in Woodbury, Minn., was denied a request to reinstate his license by the state appeals court, according to a Jan. 3 report from The Minnesota Star Tribune. Marko Kamel, DDS, was the owner of Woodbury (Minn.) Dental Arts, which closed in March. Dr. Kamel filed for bankruptcy March 22. The Minnesota Board of Dentistry suspended Dr. Kamel’s license and said he was not authorized to practice dentistry in the state.
