Taste of Minnesota will return to downtown Minneapolis in July

The Taste of Minnesota will be back in Minneapolis this year.

The festival made its return after an eight-year hiatus in 2023, but moved to Minneapolis after spending its first 20-plus years in St. Paul.

It’ll host its third iteration on Nicollet Mall and Washington Avenue in downtown Minneapolis on July 5 and 6.

The annual event will continue to be free, but details on performers and food vendors have not yet been announced. In 2024, the fest brought in a record number of food vendors and featured headlining concerts from Martina McBride, The Wallflowers, Morris Day and the Time, and Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

While the event is free, tickets are required and can be snagged at the Taste of Minnesota website.
