The incident, which unfolded in October, led to the recent arrest of a suspect identified through DNA evidence.
Abduction and Assault
The girl was walking when a stranger grabbed her and forced her into his car. This took place at the 5200 block of 34th Avenue South in Minneapolis. Initially, authorities were unable to locate her when they began their missing person investigation.
According to her account to police, the man drove off with her and assaulted her inside the vehicle. Hours later, he released her about one mile away at a fast food restaurant…
