A Waverly, Minnesota man has been charged after he allegedly led police on an 80-minute long pursuit last week, extending from Minneapolis to St. Michael.
Charles Anthony Stiller, 23, is charged with one count of fleeing a police officer and 4th-degree assault, which relates to an allegation he spat at a state trooper.
Stiller was also suspected of being high on methamphetamine during the incident, but a blood draw is still being processed as of Monday.
