Spring in Minnesota is basically nature’s green light to get outside and do literally anything that doesn’t involve shoveling, even though we have those occasional April snow storms we all love.
Still, for a growing number of people around here, that means dusting off the disc golf bag and heading to the nearest course.
If that’s you, I have some really cool news – Minnesota is crushing it. According to a LawnStarter ranking of the 500 biggest American cities, five Minnesota cities landed among the best places in the entire country for disc golf.
The rankings looked at everything from number of courses and local tournament activity to course ratings and even weather. And despite our shorter playing season, the North Star State held its own with two cities breaking into the top 10 nationwide…
