RAMSEY, Minn. — Two people were found dead inside a home Tuesday in Ramsey after officials were called to the area on a report of a person outside with a gun.
According to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office, authorities believe a man confronted a neighbor Tuesday morning with a gun before returning to his home on the 15200 block of Snowy Owl Street Northwest. Several agencies, including Anoka County S.W.A.T., were called to the area shortly after 8:30 a.m. and attempted to make contact with residents inside the man’s home.
