Mary Moriarty defends decision not to charge Minneapolis Tesla vandal caught on video

Making her first public appearance since deciding not to charge a man who was seen vandalizing six Tesla vehicles in Minneapolis, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty defended her decision.

Moriarty appeared during a press conference on Wednesday at the Brooklyn Park library, announcing a new initiative that makes gun locks free at 11 libraries in Hennepin County.
