Police in Brooklyn Park say they dispersed two large gatherings of vehicles causing disturbances Saturday night.
Just after 9 p.m., Brooklyn Park Police Department officers, Hennepin County deputies and state troopers were called to a vacant business lot in Brooklyn Park on a report of a large gathering of vehicles.
The gathering included hundreds of vehicles, with many engaging in reckless driving and causing “significant noise disturbances,” according to an alert from BPPD. Officers were eventually able to disperse the gathering. …
