A man’s carousel of crime came to a halt after Minneapolis Police officers responded to a call at the Xcel Energy facility on Marshall St. NE, where the suspect was reported to be disturbing the peace and then found to be driving in circles trying to make his escape in a stolen car. According to a social media post from the Minneapolis Police Department, officers from the 2nd Precinct arrived to find the individual attempting to leave the parking lot but ultimately failing to find his way out.
