Minneapolis Man Charged in Crash That Killed Driver, Injured 2

A Minneapolis man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly causing a deadly head-on collision while driving drunk last summer.

According to a criminal complaint filed Friday in Hennepin County, 35-year-old German Adriano Llangari Inga is charged with three counts of criminal vehicular homicide and two counts of criminal vehicular operation, all stemming from a series of crashes on Aug. 3, 2024.

Surveillance video and witness statements outlined in the complaint describe a series of dangerous driving behaviors leading up to the fatal crash. Just before 10:40 p.m., Llangari Inga was seen on video driving a Dodge Journey eastbound on Lowry Avenue North.
