Murder charges in killing during 20-hour span where six were killed

Mara H. Gottfried at the Pioneer Press reports: “Police who were called to a domestic disturbance at a Burnsville residence on Wednesday found a woman had been fatally stabbed.

From the staff at WCCO: “A Minneapolis firefighter was hospitalized overnight Wednesday as crews battled a blaze at the former Whiskey Junction bar in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood.”

Jay Kolls at KSTP reports: “The U.S. Justice Department announced Wednesday that Minnesota State Trooper Jeremy Plonski, who was charged last week with sexually assaulting a child, was caught in a federal investigation called ‘Operation Restore Justice.’”…
